Anuj Dairy pvt ltd was established in the year 1992. It’s one of the largest private dairy firm in eastern India. We sell milk and milk product with the brand name “Raj Fresh milk” and ice cream with brand “Snowball ice cream”. With continuous growth of icecream demand, a sister firm Anuj Nutritech pvt ltd was incorporated in the year 2014.

Anuj Nutritech manufactures Ice cream and sells across Bihar with the brand name “Snowball Ice cream”. The company has set up a state of art manufacturing unit at Maner, outskirts of Patna, Bihar. The unit is equipped with fully automatic lines having capacity of manufacturing 10,000 ltr of ice cream per day.

Snowball Ice cream is made by fine quality ingredients, it collects milk directly from its vast network of farmers. All the raw material is tested in laboratories before making ice cream.

Snowball ice cream is distributed all across Bihar and nearby market through its network of over 100 distributors and 2000 retail outlets. Its product can also be found at company owned parlors and at prominent hotels and restaurants of the town.
